Today I went for a cool sculpting consultation. I was warmly greeted by the office and they, in turn, introduced me to Lauren for consultation and she was awesome! She made me feel at ease, broke down the entire process, and answered all of my questions. The one thing I appreciate and felt comfort in, about Cool Renewal Spa, is that cool sculpting is their specialty.
Their prices are reasonable and they're honest in giving their opinion (not just trying to sell/push their products). Their office is neat and clean and their equipment is all state of the art, everything! Should I decide to move forward, Cool Renewal Spa will definitely be my #1 choice.

Everyone at the spa is super friendly and professional. I will definitely go back. The new Coolsculpting Elite machine made a big difference. Faster and better results. Stephanie and the other staff are awesome. Although I have to be honest and say I am not all the way sold by the cool sculpting procedures in general I give this spa 5 stars for their professionalism.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Our first treatment of coolsculpting went very well. The technicians, Lauren and Stephanie, were so nice and professional. They were very personable and actually made it a fun experience. There was very little pain for both my husband and myself!

The ladies who work here are so nice and professional. They take the time to tell you if you don't qualify for any reason saving you the money. Very clean establishment and machines. Had a GREAT experience and would do it again. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks, Ladies.it was truly a pleasure! Can't wait to see the end result

Very kind and informative. Great office and good after care instructions. Procedure was slightly painful but the kind staff and comfy office made it worth it. Hopeful for good results in 2-3 months.

Holly joined Cool Renewal Spa from a large dermatology practice here in Charlotte. Her clinical experience is extremely varied. She has performed CoolSculpting here at Cool Renewal Spa since 2014 and has performed thousands of treatments. Holly is a Medical Aesthetician, has an Associate of Arts degree and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also has earned her completion degree from CoolSculpting University in Pleasanton, CA. Holly is deeply committed to her patients and their quality CoolSculpting results.
